UnitedHealth Group was merging several acquired brands and product lines into one consolidated brand (Secure Horizons) focused on offering Medicare Advantage plans to the Medicare-eligible and caregiver communities. They needed to launch a new website to promote the consolidation and educate their communities in a sufficiently short timeframe to meet the federal Medicare open enrollment timeline and to support online application submissions. With several internal and consultative teams in place to support the consolidation from a business and marketing perspective, Secure Horizons needed assistance with web copy, usability testing, and requirements for the web content publishing process.
