With an average customer satisfaction rate of 95%, their services cover a broad range of advice, training, troubleshooting, and technical support. However, the majority of their incoming business was too focused on their tech support capabilities. PlumChoice wanted to increase awareness of the depth and breadth of their offerings and extend the success of their tech support arena to the rest of their service areas. They were also looking for a team to help them build and strengthen their partner channel relationships by developing dedicated co-branded partner channel sites.
