JetChoice
JetChoice, a company offering private jet timeshares, was in need of a secure member and employee portal to support existing customers, current employees, and the operations team. The portal would deliver information related to flight schedules, account invoices and summaries, operations, and marketing / promotions.
Page10 designed the portal in such a way that it balanced the needs of existing customers, current employees, and the operations team. To ensure that the portal had a intuitive navigation structure and appropriate user interface, page10’s team conducted quality assurance testing.
Page10 team used a combination of technological capabilities to build a secure member and employee portal. The secure portal allowed JetChoice to automate certain processes and open a new channel of interaction to its members and employees. Web analytics and reporting were also used in the creation of the portal.
